The CLIPP platform experiments, learns and implements systemic solutions for European projects and programs.
The CLIPP platform is based on the innovative CLIPPKA model (CLIPP Knowledge and Action Model). This model underpins a strategic solution for conceptualizing, structuring, and implementing projects, starting from systemic, multi-actor paradigms.
In the CLIPPKA model, the project is a system with an organic development in which the connection is made between the development of operational capacity, open knowledge based on scientific research, inclusive education, participatory development and sustainable strengthening.
The CLIPP platform also has the character of a Living Lab, ensured by the following three directions of operation:
Nov. 2024 – Nov. 2025
CLIPP Factory objective is the capacity building for knowledge and action projects and programs.
The CLIPP Factory system provides organizational and personal capacity building and development activities for the design, structuring, and proposal of projects in European programs.
Main objectives:
February – October 2025
CLIPP seminaries characteristics:
Project management course, focused on the development of projects funded by European programs: Horizon, ERC, Creative Europe, COST Actions, Erasmus.
Presentation, development, and management course of living labs.
Multi-dimension models and methodologies for understanding, building, and developing complex systems.
March – December 2025
CLIPP FACILITATOR Platform
The FACILITATOR Platform will develop the collaborative framework in research and education actions, starting from the bottom up, from individuals to groups of specific practices and interests.
FACILITATOR develops the community of stakeholders, and beneficiaries and transforms actors in the system into facilitators of knowledge and development.
LLINN Ecosystem:
LLINN is the system for the production and transfer of knowledge in the paradigm of living laboratories and participatory laboratories. LLINN has the following pillars:
The Cesar ecosystem ensures the resilience of the CLIPP system. CLIPP is a system developed according to the TWINING (mirror) model, in the development actions of living labs in the Cesar ecosystem.
CLIPP is an open knowledge ecosystem with a participatory dimension based on an informal alliance.
