ARCA represents the integrated system for the production and transfer of knowledge, developed by the Romanian Academy – Iași Branch, and the alliance of partners and beneficiaries.
ARCA is an ecosystem of systems, which is based on a Living Lab-type laboratory infrastructure, and which implements KDI (Knowledge, Development, Innovation) projects, based on systemic methodologies of systems thinking.
