The set of keywords and phrases is often used in the academic community. But in classic usage, sets of keywords are used to benchmark classification and familiarity with the deliverable they refer to.
In the present case, we propose a different model. One that stimulates:
- Creativity (heuristic actions);
- Critical thinking (systemic, structural, interpretative);
- Intuition;
- Speculative exercise, useful for conceptualization.
We have successfully used this model in our workgroups (especially in the Cesar community). With his help, we were able, in each case, to figure out the main concepts, draw thematic milestones, and observe the organic dynamic relationships that develop between ideas.
Stimulating ideas with language-based heuristics is not a new method. However, it has not been used to develop strategic thinking specific to projects and programs. This model has become a basic tool for knowledge production and transfer actions.
